Ah... The name suggests itself!
Every day brings us nearer to semesters. Thinking about the semester exam after a long period of OD (must be familiar with this term now in my blog!) is the worst feeling (vayitrukkum thondaikkum uruvamillaa oru urundayum uruludhadii) I can tell u! And it's not just the final exam. It's the freebies that come along (ilavasa inaipugal) that annoy me the most - the 'missed' surprise tests (who doesn't want to miss them anyway!!!); the almost always missed cycle tests - ya, this time , being my fifth semester in a row (in a row???), I wanted to be more 'responsible' (the same way Harbhajan was fooling around today 22.11.2011 with the bat without swinging at everything) this time around. So I wrote retests for everything and I can tell u - it was like pushing a big boulder rock! Jeez...
And ya then came the biggest comedy that happens every time (yeah, it will continue... bcz it is India's numero uno) - the RECORD works! In my opinion, writing records is a record in itself! This time, it was all the more awkward (a feeling of guilt crept in me from nowhere) - we took printouts and filled the index! And guess what... when I went to take printouts to the shops in Potheri, the man asked us "Which dept?" ... "Computer Science third year"... He said 'Keep the pen drive; we have the copies!" I thought "Well done!"
That says it all!!! Doesn't it?
Models... I failed in Compiler Design (for obvious reasons ; if u don't know I will tell them anyway - I can't pass, for one!) and Mathematics (read my previous blog for reference; anyway for history, I always pass only in the semesters in Mathematics) for the last time I guess... We don't have Maths after this! (Thanks to Aravind Subramanian for reminding me this good news)!
Semesters ... I was somewhat prepared this time... So I am not going to write abt that!
Coming to the point, completion of 1 semesters takes away some part of ur college life! But anyway, some how somewhere, the feeling of completing the exams and looking at the books like pieces of waste paper tends to overweight all the feelings of deja vu!
Yeah, I love the holidays! Happy holidays to all! :)
